Cooking and service at Saint Pierre comes from the heart. It stems from a genuine desire to create perfect, unforgettable experiences for our guests. A reduction in the number of tables allows us to devote more attention to what is important – you. The personal distance between chef and diner has been reduced, to create a new intimacy at Saint Pierre. Chef Emmanuel is personally in attendance whenever possible, and when he is unavailable, the restaurant closes or a special guest chef does the honours in the kitchen. We value the relationship our guests have with the chef; something not afforded by many luxury restaurants.
