Originally called Visitandine, these almond cakes were created by nuns in 17th-century Lorraine, France. In the 19th century, these cakes were renamed financiers due to their popularity with bankers in Paris, as their rectangular shape resembled gold bars and handy size made them ideal for a quick, mess-free snack.

Made-to-order by the Saint Pierre team, these yuzu financiers have been a guest-favourite for years. Created by Chef-Owner Emmanuel Stroobant, each box includes 9 pieces of financiers.

Available for pickup at Saint Pierre only.
