Wyman Kok was serendipitously ushered into the world of wines after getting his first taste of a 2002 Dom Pérignon. Stints at Michelin-starred establishments Cloudstreet and Seroja taught him how to design a restaurant wine programme and conduct service training before he landed his current role at Saint Pierre as Restaurant Sommelier. His goal is clear: to elevate Saint Pierre’s wine programme to new heights, ensuring that the selections complement the Asian-accented French cuisine that the Two Michelin-starred restaurant is renowned for.

In his quest to deepen his domain knowledge and professional expertise, Wyman has participated in several wine competitions. He won the Rising Star Award at the Best National Sommelier Singapore 2023 and was second runner up of the Best Sommelier in French Wines, Singapore in the same year. Wyman is also a Certified Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers Europe.
