Modern French Cuisine with an Asian Accent

One of the first touchpoints of every guest interaction at our restaurant in One Fullerton is, undoubtedly, the view. Each table offers a daytime panorama of the breathtaking Marina Bay waterfront. Come evening, the skyline becomes a mesmerising canvas of lights, adding a sense of hushed elegance to the celebratory mood.

What earns a place in our diners’ hearts is the impeccable execution of Saint Pierre’s Asian accented modern French cuisine by 2-Michelin Starred chef Emmanuel Stroobant and his culinary team. You’ll be pleasantly surprised to find familiar ingredients in the Anjou pigeon with carrot purée, Sichuan peppercorns and buah keluak (black nut) sauce. Or, Manjimup marron with wild basil jelly, buttermilk Jerusalem artichoke purée and Hanaho flowers. These signatures speak of Chef-Owner Emmanuel’s nuanced understanding of the ingredients in Asia as well as years of training at some of the finest Michelin-Starred restaurants in Belgium. BYO Tuesdays: A Celebration of Wine

We believe any celebration shouldn’t just begin and end with food. Wine plays a crucial role in your fine dining experience at our restaurant. And there are few better than our wine consultant and Singapore’s first Master of Wine, Tan Ying Hsien, to entrust this responsibility. With Ying Hsien’s vast knowledge and finely-honed palate, we curate the best vintages from our selection of over 600 wine labels to complement the cuisine. Can’t decide? Just approach our friendly sommelier to navigate the wine list or to make some astute recommendations based on your event, taste preferences and budget.

Another bonus for wine lovers is our BYO Tuesdays, a long-standing tradition of Saint Pierre. To make a special occasion more memorable, guests can ask for a bespoke menu to complement their own treasured bottles for a corkage-free Tuesday evening or request Chef Emmanuel to design a special wine and food pairing menu.
